I am one of  them  many smokers. But what I did?

Its time you acted tough and resist the temptation. I never used to much chemical aids when

body starts to crave for nicotine.When you quit smoking, the refrigerator became our best friend.

A slight weight gain is expected. Exercise a little, or bit go out for a walk,
you can lose those pounds.



 The Basic Tips to Quit Smoking Without Gaining Weight

  • avoid the fat,
  • avoid sugary high calorie,
  • non-nutritious foods.
  • Eat lean meats, vegetables and fruits.
  • If you need to snack on something,carrots are great.
  • Exercise lowers stress and cravings
